Powerful bouquet

Clean nose of black fruit gratin, herbs, cherry jam and pepper.

 

Greedy attack with chocolate notes, fatness, balance, good persistence on notes of mocha, a little finesse.

 

Well-balanced, spicy finish.

    Facing South, this village in Haut Vaucluse is perched on a hill opposite the Dentelles de Montmirail.

     

    The vineyard, relatively sheltered from the Mistral wind, is planted on varied soils with a rugged terrain, allowing the production of dry red wines with a distinctive character.

     

    Traditional vinification with aging in concrete tanks.
