Domain and appellation

SOIL: Altered pink granite with large crystals terroir.

VINIFICATION & AGING: Our commitment and humility in facing nature require us to adapt each year to the harvest and not to confine ourselves to a predefined scheme. Unable to summarize in 2 lines the entire process adjusted over time, we prefer to shed light on this cuvée through the terroir and the grape variety.
