Fruity and crisp

Purple colour with ruby highlights. Frank nose of blackcurrant, kirsh, undergrowth, black pepper and menthol. Supple attack with tension and balance. Frank length on red fruit coulis, good persistence.

Features

Domain and appellation

CHÂTEAU DE MELIN

A family-run estate in the heart of Burgundy, Château de Melin has been in business for several generations and currently cultivates 22 hectares of vines, producing 22 appellations: 20 in the Côtes de Beaune and 2 in the Côtes de Nuits. Since 2009, the estate has been certified organic, with the aim of producing top-quality grapes that best express the Burgundy terroir.
