Fruity and crisp

Pale pink with orange highlights. Frank nose of red berries, redcurrant, cherry, citrus notes. Taut attack, balance, tension, lovely fresh citrus character, hint of techno English sweets, good persistence, sapid, taut, greedy finish.

    A typical Languedoc property, Domaine de la Clapière is located in the commune of Montagnac, near Pézenas. The vineyards are planted on alluvial terraces with filtering gravelly areas, outcrops of rock and a mosaic of grape varieties. The cool terroir, which extends over 38 hectares, gives the estate's wines great tension.
