Created at the end of the 19th century by Mr Louis Pugibet, a blacksmith, Domaine de la Colombette has been handed down from generation to generation for over a century. Situated to the north of Béziers, at the very gateway to the city, on the slopes overlooking the valley of a small coastal river, the Libron, the vineyard enjoys a privileged location. Facing the Mediterranean, the vineyards are spread over 100 m of slopes. As a result, it enjoys a diversity of soil types and natural protection against frost.
