Open, greedy nose with notes of frangipane, fresh hazelnut and wisteria syrup, with a hint of elderberry and gunflint.
Round, greedy attack, with notes of passion fruit, mango and dried banana, well-balanced.
The finish is sapid, with white flower syrup and candied exotic fruit.
Beautifully aromatic, with a little finesse, slightly greedy, medium persistence.

Features

Château Cavalier, acquired by the Castel family in 2000, captivated by the charm of the sunlit vineyard, is ideally located between the Massif des Maures and the foothills of the Alpes du Haut Var. It is named after the stream that runs through it.
