On the palate, the attack is balanced and delicious, highlighting white fruits in syrup, such as peach and pear.
The wine is medium-bodied, well-balanced and long-lasting.
The finish is sapid and round.

The “Les petites récoltes” range is the fruit of collaboration between Nicolas and wineries capable of making the most of the terroir that surrounds them.
What makes them special? A multitude of regional grape varieties combined with the “classic” varieties of the appellations, for blends in search of fruitiness and freshness, which adapt to changing tastes and desires.
Every year, Nicolas' oenologists assess the quality of new cuvées and blend them to give the best possible expression of the vintage.
This exclusive blending, carried out with method and rigor, then requires bottling under excellent conditions of control, both in terms of sanitation and respect for the original quality of the wines. This technical expertise is guaranteed at the bottling sites chosen by Nicolas.
But Petites Récoltes also takes particular care to select winegrowers who are committed to sustainable farming practices that ensure the quality and quantity of their harvests, as well as encouraging practices that are more respectful of the environment.
