Mineral nose with hints of iodine, evolving towards citrus fruit and lemon zest, with a hint of reduction.

Supple attack, marked by tension and balance.

The finish is long and delicious, with a frank, distinctive character of minerality, iodine, white flowers and citrus fruit.
