Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and light
Golden yellow colour with an old gold sheen, fine, compact, clear and brilliant mousse. The nose is open, with notes of hops and orange peel. The attack is fresh and frank, with a fairly large but hollow bubble, small body and character. Flat, creamy finish, good balance, light, short length.
- Keeping level Ready to drink
Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Petrolette
The Pétrolette, meaning the moped in English, refers to a certain nostalgia, recalling the liberty felt once its engine started. This blond beer is a tribute to this golden age.
- Manufacturing: To make this beer, two hops were chosen. The first is called the Magnum. This German variety has a perfect balance between sourness and flavour. It is well-known for its herbaceous flavors. The second choice is the Saaz. With little bitterness, this hop from the Czech Republic differentiates itself thanks to its earthy and floral notes.
