Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
Bright yellow colour with green highlights. Open, greedy nose with notes of white peach, dried mango, candied pear and a hint of menthol. Greedy attack, small envelope, tension, character on white fruits and notes of wisteria. Sappy, balanced, fruity finish.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

LA CAVE DE POMÉROLS
Founded in 1932, La Cave de Pomérols has continued to grow, prosper and modernise over the years. This cooperative of nearly 350 members stretches between the garrigue and the Etang de Thau, on sunny terraces called Costières, hence the name "Costières de Pomérols". Terroir: The wine comes from vines planted on clay-limestone soil, a few kilometres from the Etang de Thau. Vinification: A skin maceration of a few hours precedes an alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated vats. The wine is then aged in vats on fine lees with stirring. -
