Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

CHÂTEAU LA GRACE DIEU LES MENUTS
At the heart of Saint-Émilion, nature has crafted an exceptional vineyard, blending the gravelly ridges of Pomerol to the west with the clay-limestone plateau of "Les Menuts" to the east, near the medieval town listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Striking a balance between tradition and progress, every effort is made to preserve the uniqueness of this patchwork of terroirs, spanning 17 hectares, planted with 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Certified ISO 14001 and High Environmental Value Level 3, the estate employs a range of agronomic techniques to promote biodiversity, enhance soil health, and naturally improve vine resilience while reducing its environmental impact.
