Fruity and crisp

Pale pink colour with hints of old pink. Fairly fine bubbles, persistent in the string. The nose is fairly discreet, with notes of citrus fruit, pressed pink grapefruit and a hint of herbs. Attack with a fairly large bubble that bursts quickly, tension, sweetness, the grapefruit flavour is fairly light. The finish is more expressive, with good persistence on the grapefruit, without heaviness, a hint of sapid bitterness, fairly faithful to the fruit.
