Fruity and well-rounded

Deep pink colour with hints of mauve. Fairly fine bubbles, with a long finish. The nose is fairly discreet, with notes of krema cherry and strawberry jam. Attack with a fairly large bubble that bursts quickly, tension, sweetness, the cherry flavour is well blended and not too chemical. The finish is straightforward, sapid and fairly short on cherry, without heaviness, quite faithful to the fruit.
