Fruity and light

Yellow gold with deep golden tints. Open nose with notes of cooked wine, quinine and gentian, hints of vanilla and cumin. Supple, greedy attack, with sweetness and bitterness, lovely notes of bitter orange peel and quinine, strong bitterness. The finish is sapidly bitter, taut and sweet, with lingering notes of white flowers and black pepper and a hint of walnut wine.
