Features

Freshness The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Toki Japanese whisky highlights the moment when the old Japan meets the new. Toki means "time".

Ancient techniques are combined with a modern, innovative twist to create a subtly sweet Japanese whisky with a spicy finish.

Toki Japanese whisky is a blend of three whiskies from three renowned distilleries: Hakushu, Chita and Yamazaki. Crafted using traditional Japanese techniques, Toki is an innovative blend of malt and grain whisky.

It is as lively as it is innovative. It has fresh, herbaceous aromas of crisp green apple and basil.

It develops notes of peppermint and thyme, grapefruit and green grapes. Toki Japanese whisky can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails, such as the Highball cocktail.
