Our oenologists' opinion

Well-rounded

Deep, brilliant partridge-eye colour, medium, regular bubbles. Nice frank and fruity nose of black cherries, blackcurrant syrup, fresh notes of peppermint and cranberry. Good balance, frank, finesse, body with a nice fruitiness that prolongs the nose. The bubbles are quite fine and melted. Good, straightforward finish with some crispness.

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
