Fruity and crisp

Light yellow colour with green tints, fine and regular bubbles. Nose to be opened of white chocolate, boxwood, peppermint, hint of white fruit, then gingerbread. Good balance on a fairly full-bodied wine. Frank character with fresh spices. Good length, full and fresh.
