Les terres de Sambuca di Sicilia forment un terroir riche planté d'anciens vignobles, héritiers d'une tradition vieille de mille ans. Ce lieu bénéficie d'un ciel dégagé, grâce à l'absence de toute activité polluante, d'un lac aux eaux cristallines (le lac d’Arancio) et d'un microclimat idéal, caractérisé par d'importantes amplitudes thermiques, même en été. Ce sont là les conditions parfaites pour des vins de caractère.
