Fruity and crisp

Pale yellow with green highlights. Open nose of citrus fruit and blackcurrant buds, with a hint of minerality and white pepper. Supple attack, with tension and finesse. Well-balanced, fleshy, full-bodied, with a hint of astringency that will develop a patina. Elegant, crisp finish with hints of iodine and acidity. Lovely character, lingering lemony notes.

    Located in the heart of the Chablis vineyards, the family estate was founded in 1973 by Jean-Marc Brocard, who has since been joined by his son Julien. It covers almost 200 hectares, 66 of which are certified organic. Precision, strength and freshness are the Brocard signature, a unique style that can be found in each of the Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru appellation wines, which are exported to nearly 50 countries.

    Le plus fruité des Chablis, un peu moins minéral que les autres, le goût de terre calcaire est mois présent que sur une montée de Tonerre par exemple
