Fruity and well-rounded

Pale salmon-orange colour, clear and brilliant. Open nose with notes of white flowers, grape pip and fresh white fruit. Supple, fleshy, elegant attack with notes of white flowers, finesse, lovely iodine notes. Spicy, balanced finish with citrus fruit and white pepper notes.

Caractéristiques

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

The fruit of mastered know-how, this AOPCôtes-de-Provence rosé wine is made from grapes grown in the vineyards of Maison Sainte Marguerite and partner winegrowers with whom Enzo and Olivier Fayard work closely and who are responsible for vinification.
