Powerful bouquet

Dark tile colour, with some mahogany highlights. Nice open nose of dry fruit, notes of prunes and eau-de-vie, sloes, mocha. Nice balance, nice envelope, finesse, character of jammy fruits, dry fruits, notes of milky caramel and mocha. Nice, straight delicious length.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

    Fondée en 1880 par Adriano Ramos Pinto, la Maison Ramos Pinto fait partie du groupe Roederer depuis 1990 et se distingue par ses vins de portos.

    • Terroir: Située dans la région du Douro, la Maison Ramos Pinto possède 360 hectares de vignes, reposant sur des sols granitiques.

     

    • Vinification: Le Porto Adriano est un assemblage de vins âgés de 6 ans. C’est à partir de 6 ou 7 ans que le vin de Porto commence à gagner sa pigmentation rouge et que les nuances de Tawny commencent à se révéler.
