Hibiki, qui signifie "résonance", fut créée en 1989 pour commémorer les 90 ans de la marque Suntory. Les 24 facettes de son flacon représentent les 24 saisons du calendrier lunaire.

Domain and appellation

  • MAISON SUNTORY

    En 1923, Shinjiro Torii, fondateur de Kotobukiya qui deviendra par la suite Suntory, fit construire la première distillerie de whisky du Japon. Lancé en mars 2015 au Japon, Hibiki Harmony est la dernière création de la célèbre distillerie japonaise Suntory.

     

    • Distillerie :

    Ce blend est un assemblage des meilleurs single malts de Yamazaki et Hakushu d'âges différents. Il contient également un soupçon de whisky de grain de la distillerie Chita.
