Opus One

Opus One is first and foremost the work of two men: Baron Philippe de Rothschild (owner of Château Mouton-Rothschild) and Robert Mondavi (international icon of American viticulture). At the end of the 1970s, they combined their talent with an exhilarating terroir where Cabernet Sauvignon flourished. Constellation Brands, which bought the Mondavi vineyards in 2004, and Baron Philippe de Rothschild's company are now continuing the work they started.
