This wine has a delicate, harmonious character, typical of a well-balanced wine.

    Jean-Luc Baldès recalls the Vins de Lune from the 17th century, when peasants would harvest the grapes at night to withhold part of the harvest from the lord and thus pay fewer taxes.

     

    Today, the grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve their freshness.
