Fruity and crisp

The nose opens with aromas of dried fruit, pear and acacia, with hints of apricot.

The attack is lively, bringing freshness and hints of dried fruit, followed by a hint of minerality.

On the palate, the wine is well-structured and long-lasting, with acidulous and floral notes.

The finish is sapid and iodised, offering a fine balance between freshness and minerality.

Features

FAMILLE BERTHIER

The Berthier family has cultivated the winemaking tradition for five generations, passing down the art of viticulture from father to son.

Clément and Florian, passionate and deeply rooted in this heritage, are committed to preserving and developing the reputation of the wines produced by previous generations.

In 2012, they took over the reins, continuing the family history on a vineyard of 20 hectares in Coteaux du Giennois and 10 hectares in Sancerre.
