Fruity and crisp
Pale yellow colour with green highlights. Clean, fresh nose of white flowers, white fruit and hints of menthol. Well-balanced, medium-bodied, fresh and straightforward. Lovely floral character and fresh fruit, hint of minerality, good long finish.

Features

Domaine Serge Dagueneau et Filles
Our unique Chasselas vineyard, now over a century old, is hand-harvested and consistently produces superb golden grapes with firm skin and high sugar content, resulting in a characteristic wine that is tender and fruity, marked by its aromas of hazelnut and honey.
Soil: clay-limestone.
Area: 0.60 ha.
Vinification and ageing:
After hand and traditional harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and pressed directly. The wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. -
