A straightforward nose of herbs and blackcurrant coulis, opening up to notes of fresh spices and candied black fruit, with a hint of cocoa.

Supple attack, offering roundness and balance.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

    Founded in 1834 by Antoine Jaboulet, the Domaine Paul Jaboulet Ainé is now owned by the Frey family, Champagne vintners and owners of Château La Lagune in Bordeaux.

     

     

    This estate is located on the finest parcels of the northern Rhône Valley appellations: Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Cornas, Saint-Péray, Saint-Joseph, and Condrieu.
