Fruity and well-rounded
Deep orange colour with copper highlights. Open nose with notes of cider, cinnamon, candied pear and dried apricot. Pearly attack, light effervescence, very fine bubbles that quickly fade, tension and finesse. Lovely character of cooked apple, yellow peach and pear, good tension, fine finish, hint of white chocolate and yellow flower honey. Well-balanced, without heaviness, good persistence.
