Our oenologists' opinion

White gold colour with silver highlights, fairly fine bubbles, not persistent. Open nose with notes of William pear, white peach and acidulous candy. Attack on a rather fine and creamy bubble, tension, sweetness, character on white peach and candied pear. Rather short finish.

    Très belle découverte ! Conseillé par mon caviste, et je ne regrette pas de l’avoir écouté. Ce pétillant, bien brut, offre de délicates notes fruitées et une touche acidulée. Mes convives ont été surpris d’apprendre qu’il était sans alcool. Une belle réussite, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

    Découverte d’une boisson sans alcool (car pour moi c’était la première) qui fait tout son effet, pas sucré, on a l’impression d’une boisson avec un arôme ´brut’. Je suis convertie !
