Fruity and well-rounded
On the nose, straightforward aromas of red fruit and peach mingle with notes of pomelo and fresh citrus.
The attack is full-bodied, with a marked envelope and fine balance.
On the palate, the wine is long-lasting, marked by fruity flavours of red berries, with a frank, distinctive character.
The finish is long-lasting, pleasantly prolonging the fruity, lively notes.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

CHÂTEAU MINUTY
Château Minuty is a stunning estate located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. This authentic Provençal property, dating back to the 18th century, features a chapel and an impressive Napoleon III mansion that captivate visitors.
Terroir: The Château’s vineyard spans 70 hectares, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, and is planted with carefully selected old Provençal grape varieties, arranged according to the nobility of the terroir and its exposure on the slopes of Gassin.
Viticulture: The 65 hectares of vineyards are cultivated traditionally, without herbicides or pesticides, allowing traditional Provençal grapes to thrive in this sun-drenched terroir.
Winemaking: Direct pressing, careful settling, and low-temperature fermentation. -
