Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
The open, straightforward nose reveals a complex palette with notes of chalk, white flowers, citrus fruit and vanilla, accompanied by a fine minerality and a delicate hint of white pepper.
The supple, well-balanced attack is distinguished by its freshness and tension, with a frank character and fine finesse.
Aromas of citrus fruit and vanilla wood mingle harmoniously, producing a chiselled wine with a perfectly present minerality.
The sapid, mineral finish, both crisp and persistent, ends on notes of lemon juice and white pepper, adding freshness and lovely persistence.
A lovely wine of great finesse, which leaves a fine impression.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

DOMAINE JEAN-MARC BROCARD
Located in the heart of the Chablis vineyard, the family estate was created in 1973 by Jean-Marc Brocard, who was later joined by his son Julien. It spans nearly 144 hectares, with 66 hectares certified organic.
Precision, strength, and freshness form the Brocard signature, a unique style found in every bottle of Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru, which are exported to nearly 50 countries.
-
Precision: the accurate expression of the terroir, the memory of the soil conveyed from vine to wine, the pure typicity of the Chablis subsoil, sedimented by the sea during the Jurassic era.
-
Strength: nothing compares to a structured, powerful, long-lasting wine to appreciate the full complexity of the terroir.
-
Freshness: a natural acidity, born from the mineral nature of the terroir, giving the wine that signature tension.
