Powerful bouquet

Deep garnet colour with black highlights. Nice open nose of stewed fruit, candied fruit, notes of garrigue spices, thyme, bay leaf sauce, notes of cocoa. Beautiful balance on a well-structured, fleshy wine, wrapped up with finesse, nice character that extends the nose with aromas of spices from the garrigue, thyme. Finishes with a hint of candied fruit and grey pepper.
