Pale yellow colour with green highlights. Clean nose of fresh hazelnuts, hints of sawdust and peppermint. Good balance on a full-bodied wine. Straightforward character with mentholated aromas and hints of dry garrigue spices. Straightforward, sapid finish.

Features

A land of rosés, Provence, with its great diversity of geology, is also a great terroir for the production of white wine. The Vermentino grape, typical of white Provence wines, comes from a limestone massif and expresses itself wonderfully in this Côtes de Provence Blanc "La Voile de l'Astre".
