Fruity and well-rounded

Bright, light lemon-yellow colour. Frank, open nose of white flowers, peppermint, mineral, almost iodised notes, oyster shells, fresh hazelnuts. Well-balanced, straightforward, with finesse and medium body with a hint of warmth. Fruity white fruit and mineral character. Good, clean, fairly sapid finish.

    A new property of Domaines Paul Mas, the Domaine de Larzac is a 62ha vineyard located in the commune of Pézenas (Hérault) in the AOP Languedoc zone. The north wind blows frequently in winter and summer in this region, helping to maintain a dry atmosphere, making unnecessary many treatments that more humid climates would require.
