Round, greedy attack of candied pear, with tension and finesse.
Lovely candied white fruit character with a fine minerality.
The finish is sapid, greedy and crisp, with medium persistence on candied pomelo and a hint of white pepper.

With its serene, slightly golden, crystalline yellow colour, it has a supple, soft attack, with a very mellow mellowness, producing a good balance of sugar and acidity. The nose is marked by harmonious aromas of honey, vanilla and peach.
