Fruity and well-rounded
Pale straw yellow with white gold highlights. Open nose of white flowers, candied pomelo and fresh pineapple. Fleshy, greedy, well-balanced attack, medium body. Character of candied white fruit and white flower syrup, with a hint of minerality. The finish is sapid, crisp, without heaviness, with a long, lingering finish of honey and mineral notes.
