Fruity and well-rounded

Black colour with garnet highlights. Closed on the nose, opening up to black fruit coulis and crème de cassis, with notes of fresh spices and herbs. Fleshy attack, body and balance. Mature tannins, with a long, delicious finish. Good persistence on black fruit coulis. Winey finish.

Features

    A family property since 1993, Domaine de la Berthète is located in the Côtes du Rhône Méridionales appellation, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, in the Plan de Dieu plain. The winemaker is Pascal MAILLET.
