Fruity and crisp

Pale yellow colour with pale green highlights. Open nose, with notes of exotic fruits, candied lime and roasted pineapple, frank, greedy. Tart attack, a touch of sweetness, a little tension, minerality. Good balance, white pepper and passion fruit character. Crisp and spicy finish, nice freshness, medium persistence on white pepper

Features

    Since 1949, in Aix les Bains in Savoie, the Cavaillé family has been keen to showcase the multiple characters, sometimes so strong, of its Savoyard terroir through its wines: the Roussette and Chignin Bergeron, with their roundness, reveal the gentle snowy landscapes, the Apremont and other Jacquères the pep of the inhabitants, the Gamay and Pinot Noir the fruity sweetness of our evenings, and the Mondeuse: the power of the relief. At the dawn of 2023, it is 3 generations later and having conquered a team of 30 people working for the family that the Maison Cavaillé continues each year to promote the wines of Savoie Jean Cavaillé to amateurs and connoisseurs who are ever more attached to the high quality of our mountain wines.
