Fruity and crisp

Pale straw colour with green highlights. Fresh open nose, with notes of lime, bergamot and passion fruit, nice freshness. Supple, round, slightly pearly attack, with lime and pepper character, a hint of minerality and sweetness. Crisp, balanced, thirst-quenching finish.
