Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domaine Tariquet
Domaine Tariquet, located in Gascony in southwestern France, is a family estate owned by the Grassa family since 1912. As owner-grower. For nearly thirty years, the Grassa family has been using sustainable vineyard management to protect the life of the soil and to obtain optimal quality grapes. Domaine Tariquet also fully assumes its social and environmental responsibility from the vine to the marketing of its bottles of wine and Bas-Armagnac. Thus, it was evaluated on the label Engagé RSE (Corporate Social Responsibility) in June 2021 and obtained, from the first audit, the classification "Confirmed", 3rd best level out of the 4 existing.
