Domain and appellation

  • CASA DI FLO

    Corsica, a true mountain in the sea, is gently caressed by sea breezes. Thanks to this unique environment, the island produces wines of great character, blending native Corsican and international grape varieties.

     

    The grapes come from carefully selected estates, located in the best terroirs along Corsica’s east coast.

     

    • Viticulture: The winemakers are deeply committed to respecting the land and the vine, constantly seeking to reveal the purest expression of each grape variety.

     

    • Winemaking: Pressing is carried out at a low temperature, and only the finest first juices are selected. The wine is then aged and fermented at a cold temperature, preserving its freshness and aromatic complexity.
