Founded in 1931 by a dozen winegrowers keen to reduce their production costs, the Cave de Bourgueil is now made up of 55 farmers.
Domain and appellation

Terroir: The vineyards are situated on clay-limestone and sandy-gravelly soils, producing 320 hectares in the Bourgueil appellation and 20 hectares in the Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil appellation.
- Viticulture:
Sustainable agriculture is preferred to preserve the vines. Each grower is audited three times a year by the vineyard technician and the oenologist. The implementation of differentiated remuneration also encourages growers to nurture their vines. Harvesting is done parcel by parcel.
- Vinification:
The wines are vinified according to their origin in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, stirred tanks, temperature-controlled concrete tanks, and Ganimède tanks.
