Fruity and well-rounded

Fresh, fruity and straightforward on the nose, with notes of morello cherry, cherry stone and bay leaf, with a hint of cocoa and undergrowth.

Tart and sapid attack, small body, small character on cherry stones, morello cherries and hints of fresh mushrooms.

Supple, light and thirst-quenching finish, with a little persistence.
