Fruity and well-rounded

Light yellow in colour. Clean, fruity nose with floral notes, white peach and hints of vanilla. Supple attack of white-fleshed fruit, lingering acidity. Character with notes of citrus fruit and white flowers.

Features

Domain and appellation

  • BARTON & GUESTIER

    Vinification: pre-fermentation maceration for a few hours, extraction of the juice by crushing, draining and pressing, clarification of the juice by settling, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (18 to 20°C), malolactic fermentation. Maturing: maturing on the lees with regular stirring for 3 months to add fat and volume in the mouth.
