Well-rounded

Pale yellow with golden highlights. Open nose with notes of acacia, lilac, white peach and salted butter caramel. The attack is supple, full-bodied, woody and vanilla-flavoured, with good balance and fullness. Character with white flowers and roasted dried fruit. Luscious, generous finish, with a long aftertaste of grilled almonds and vanilla.

    Every year since 1907, Bouchard Père & Fils has offered its exclusive Beaune du Château cuvée. The result of blending several Premier Cru parcels, it brings together the different facets of the Beaune terroir in a single wine. The Beaune du Château white comes from 5 parcels of Beaune Premier Cru, selected for their complementary qualities: Aigrots, Sizies, Sur les Grèves, Teurons and Tuvilains. Before being blended, the grapes from each climate are vinified separately, to preserve the typical character of the different terroirs.
