Created in 1923, the Chablisienne cooperative now covers 25% of the Chablis vineyard with more than 300 winegrowers. Terroir: Spread over 1175 hectares, the Chablisienne vineyards are located on Kimmeridgian soils with alternating marl and marly limestone with small oyster deposits. The parcels are generally exposed to the south-east, south and south-west with a mosaic of different climates.
