Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is open and delicious, with notes of white peach, citrus fruit, harlequin candy and a hint of white pepper.

Crisp, modern attack with good balance and a slight sweetness.

The finish is full-bodied and delicious, with notes of pomelo and hawthorn, and a medium persistence of spices and a touch of minerality.

Features

Domain and appellation

  • CHÂTEAU CAVALIER

    Château Cavalier, acquired by the Castel family in 2000, was seduced by the charm of the vineyard and its clay terroirs, which produce well-balanced grapes. This large, light-filled vineyard is ideally situated between the Massif des Maures and the beginnings of the Haut Var Alps. Named after the stream that runs through it, its rosés are distinguished by their aromatic character and minerality.
