Château Cavalier was acquired by the Castel family in 2000, who were seduced by the charm of the vineyard and its clay terroirs, which produce well-balanced grapes. This large, light-filled vineyard is ideally situated between the Maures massif and the beginnings of the Haut Var Alps. Named after the stream that runs through it, its rosés are distinguished by their aromatic character and minerality.
