Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is direct, showcasing aromas of roasted plum and herbs, complemented by blackcurrant syrup notes and a hint of violet.

 

On the palate, the attack is full-bodied and fleshy, with a straightforward and indulgent length.

 

The character reveals flavours of candied plum, with a touch of mocha and cocoa.

 

The finish offers good persistence, marked by a bold, robust intensity.

Features

    A family-owned estate since 1993, the Domaine de la Berthète is nestled in the southern Rhône Valley appellation, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, in the Plan de Dieu plain.
