    In the cellar, it’s a true ballet to create lively, creative, and elegant wines. The wines are vinified by single grape variety and by plot, or in duos within a village or from nearby plots.

     

    White wines are vinified in stainless steel vats and 400-litre barrels, then aged in the same containers for 8 to 10 months.

     

    Red wines are vinified in stainless steel vats and aged in barrels of 2 to 3 wines to refine the tannic structure without overpowering the wines.
